日语可以借鉴汉字，英语就不可以吗。当用汉字多了，沟通就容易多了。又不影响语言
的存在。推广普通话和英语的普及其实消灭了很多语言文化遗产，一旦消失就再难找回
来。
日本人在汉字上注上自己的发音,就可以使用汉字了.如果英国人也将英语发音标注
在汉字上,是不是也可以把汉字当成自己的文字?汉字不同于其他语言的最大特点就是它
不是由读音堆砌出来的拼音文字,而是指具体的物体和意义.就像阿拉伯数字,所有国家
人都可以给他按照自己的语言来发音,但看到这一符号大家都知道什么意思.汉字可以提
供这样一个作用,大家都可以有自己的发音,但是见到这个字,都知道它说什么。

Currently I am thinking seriously about applying for law school after I got
my MS in science in US.
I have some unique advantages, I think, but I really don't know what my
chance to get into a good law school or what kind of law school I can get.I
am one of the debators who have represented China to win the champian of the
International debate competition held in Singapore and also the champian of
the nantional debate competition. I am now persuing a MS degree in US and
confident in oral Englis

Anything that distinguishes you from the general pool of applicants will be
good, such as unique strength and unique experiences. You simply do not want
to look like a kid getting out of college, getting confused and therefore
going back to school for a few more years.
I do not know how much it helps, but certainly it will.

这个我是我刚学的，也是觉得拿不出手。关键还是练的不多，不熟。我按程砚秋40年代唱片学的。网上几个伴奏，只这个没什么噪音杂音。但这个伴奏不完全按程砚秋40年代唱片来的，有些地方好像是他晚年的唱法，有些地方不知道是不是按现在新程派来的。反正我也没搞清楚，就匆匆上马了，效果可想而知。

I am not sure about full time programs. However, for the part time programs,
life experience is valued more. Life experience can count a lot
particularly if you have a lot to say, for example, after doing a Ph.D. in
sciences and worked here and there and finally realized patent law is your
dream.
The comment "You simply do not want to look like a kid getting out of

你这个“草草收兵的感觉”很对。我前面的学的熟些，后面的唱的不熟。还有就是后面
的速度催快了，我不熟就有点跟不太上。

您客气了，我这个真是不行。当初我学这个假声也是意外。后来我发现一个是有些唱段
很好听喜欢。还有就是我学这个可以帮助练声。因为我发现我以前唱老生用蛮力喊的地
方多。但是如果用假声，光用蛮力有些声音就出不来。我用这个想找一下京剧里说的头
声，共鸣之类的感觉。而且程派这个唱法对气息的控制很讲究，对这个气口偷气这类的
技巧要求挺高，这个和我主要学的杨派倒是挺像的。可以从里面借鉴学习不少东西。

这个我也有体会。我的嗓子太实在了，高音有时很吃力。经常练练假声有助于丹田发力
，高音也会轻松一点。感谢分享，多来几段。
