小弟我在一家小公司工作。最近想跳槽到大公司。ON-SITE 后发现他们要做的东西与我
现在的工作极为相似。这使我
成为the strongest candidate，但却可能涉及我现在公司的“Noncompetition”条款
（The employee shall not
take employment from any business that is in direct or indirect competition
with the products…within one
year of termination of this employment.)
小公司的产品年底会上市，而大公司的产品首先未必能研制成功，其次即使成功也还需
要2－3年才会上市。能否理解
为目前大公司还没有此产品，因此目前并不
