QT Creator, Eclipse还是其他？本人在编程的同时还要做软件在windows/linux上的

这个问题可能很简单，但我一时想不明白，哪位大虾指点一下
我现在有一个spectrum analyzer可以显示0(不是0，接近0)到100kHz范围内的噪声，
analyer提供两种显示，一种是V/sqrt Hz为单位，另一种是V rms/sqrt Hz。（sqrt的
意思是square root）
问题1：如果我要求100 Hz到10 KHz的RMS noise voltage, 我应该把以V/sqrt Hz为单
位的读数，先平方，然后做从100 Hz到10 KHz的积分，接着再把结果开方，最后得到的
就是100 Hz到10 KHz的RMS noise voltage,这个理解没错吧？
问题2：那如果拿到的是V rms/ sqrt Hz的数据，然后还是要求100 Hz到10 KHz的RMS
noise voltage，这个我就是不明白了。从数据单位可以看出，它已经是rms的了，但不
知道这个rms是基于那个频率范围算出来的均值？是不是在每一个具体采样点附近的一
个狭小频宽内？

结果发现这上面的题目比起实际考试题目难太多了，有时间做做可以，没时间也不用强求

整个考试流程是这样：
周五早上4个小时：morning section包括土木结构环境等
1小时午饭
下午4个小时：自选内容，我选择water resource management
周六早上2各半小时：地震学
下午2各半小时：测量
地震和测量我就胡乱在图书馆借了几本书带到考场上，需要的时候翻番，半猜半做，地
震学考条条框框比较多，熟悉参考书很重要。中场休息的时候有一土木专业的哥们推荐
一本地震学的书，不过我给忘记名字了。知道的同学贡献以下。
我是3月份才知道能参加考试，花了1个月时间，每天3个小时左右准备，8小时的很轻松
，地震学和测量比较吃力。大家good luck!

一个是路人皆知的吹牛哈弗大学博士，实际上只是在哈弗做了一段时间访问学生，课都
没修过。

儿。

V rms/sqrt Hz is defined in a very narrow frequency spot, e.g., 1-Hz
bandwidth. I think you should go with Method 2. V /sqrt Hz should be the
peak noise voltage rather than rms noise voltage. If you dont know the noise
distribution, go with V rms.
