两周前，找了一个apartment，给了landlord $５５０的deposit，receipt上写的是：
1Month non-refundable security deposit till 1/14/08. 昨天，改变了主义，决定
不租这个apartment了，就打电话给landlord说不租这个apartment了，并要求他退还
deposit，但是，landlord说，这是non-refundable，不能退还，不管receipt上的日期
是什么时候。
请问根据receipt， landlord是否应退钱给我。谢谢！
