Just got my 64 bit HP desktop (Vista Premium). I want to install my old
32 bit Compaq Visual Fortran on it, but in vain. Can anybody help me with

Windows 7 professional
两个分区，本来都是everyone full access.
打算把程序都装在C.加了一个user用户(User组)
在D盘属性设user DENY ALL ACCESS （加的时候好像回收箱和一个系统隐藏目录不成
功，其它应该都成功）
这样是不是user用户就不能访问D盘了？这个限制应该是只有登录windows user账号时
才有效？
即如果硬盘拆下来或者不从该windows登录时，D盘应该还是任何人都可以访问吧？

我们在server上都不玩儿deny，最多是把allow的权限去掉。
