刚刚找到了一份工作，签了一份知识产权的合同, 部分如下。请问第3，4条是不是说一
切的发明或者是专利都是属于公司，即使这个发明专利与工作无关，并且是非工作时间
完成，我只是可以有一些权利（例如公司分一部分钱）。谢谢。
2. During my employment with xx and thereafter, I will treat all
Confidential Information as secret and confidential and I will never use or
disclose or authorize anyone else to use or disclose such Confidential
Information except as is expressly permitted by xx in performance of my
designated duties to xx. I will diligently protect all Confidential

你的理解不对，4说的是你自己的发明，只要能证明和公司工作无关，那么就不用
assign给公司，也就是说是你自己的。
