看这么多人想转行,也有点心动. 刚刚去USPTO查了一下参加PATENT BAR 考试须知.好象
是必须是公民才可以,是吗?
"Applicants who are not United States citizens and do not reside in the
U.S. are not eligible for registration except as permitted by 37 CFR § 11.6
(c)."
看来绿卡也不行? 我的理解有错么?
另外想请教前辈们都如何准备的,有推荐的参考书吗?
