Description
You will be leading and participating in projects intended to give Intel's
talent acquisition efforts a competitive advantage in the GAR region and
globally.
Business units, country managers, Staffing and Corporate Real Estate will
rely upon this person's ability to conduct market research, analyze data and
effectively inform and influence talent decisions in support of Intel's
technical and revenue goals.
Staffing Operations will rely upon you not only to engage with them to
ensure validity of research analysis, but to align research priorities with
operational objectives, for successful end to end recruiting. For the latter
, this will require flexibility to shift perspectives from strategic to
operational and to integrate both, depending on business needs.
As part of a global team you will need to be flexible in your schedule to
accommodate partnership across the world. Finally, you will need to deal and
negotiate effectively with 3rd party vendors.
Qualifications
You should possess a Master's degree, additiional qualifications included:
- Strong project management skills, written and interpersonal communication
skills
- Knowledge of staffing and/or sourcing within the high tech industry and
business group influence is an added advantage
- Proven consulting capabilities
- An understanding and application of analytical skills: research methods (e
.g. primary and secondary research, including detailed internet search
capabilities); and applied analysis
- Strong MS Powerpoint and Excel skills a must
- Locations to include major Greater Asia Regional (GAR) Intel sites
- Fluency in Chinese and previous experience using Tableau, JMP, Minitab
would also be considered a plus.
