本人一年多前花了8千多买了一辆二手车，当时看了车子的报告没有severe accident记
录。现在即将离美国准备把车卖了。到dealer那询价时，dealer查看该车记录发现在我
买之前一个多月发生了一次severe accident。看来原车主就是在记录登记前把车子卖
给了我。现在因为这个severe accident记录，车子价格会低很多。dealer和我说找个
律师（他热心推荐了他自己的律师）能把原来买车的钱要回来。按照麻州法律，我可以
拿回
买车3倍的钱。因为麻州法律规定severe accident的车在转让时需要告知对方此情况，
而且
必须让买主签字。麻烦哪位热心人能否发给我一下相关的法律条文？这种情况能拿回来
钱的可能性有多大？请律师值不值？由于马上要离开美国，打官司是不是时间长，而且
麻烦，自己给对方发封信要求退车拿回原来的钱的可能性有多大？
