在一家公司当法务，原来的老板挺nice的，而且也是我第一份工作，基本上就是过着朝
9晚5的小白领日子。
最近换了个新老板，女律师，在firm和industry都很资深的工作经验。开始要计算我的
billing hours，按照她的要求我每天的可billable hours是严重不足的。那我就努力
加班，争取做到吧，但是公司法务好几个，她又没有那么多活给我。
请问下，在公司里算billable hours正常吗？还是这个新官上任，准备清洗的动作？

increase payable 欠别人的增加，相当于现金增加，所以为正
increase in receivable 别人欠的增加，相当于现金减少，所以为副
depreciation expense计算net income时减去，但实际是non-cash item，所以加回来

再请问 Gain on sale of building
and
inventory
都是 non - cash item
在计算income statement时候都有加上所以这里都要减去是吗？
