Any holding over thereafter shall result in Resident being liable to Owner for "rental damage" at this fair value of $100 a day. 这个条款是不是说只要房客愿意付100一天就可以无限住下去不能涨房租? 这个条款签 订的时候,100是很多钱,但是现在已经不足租金了。请问这个有无破解方案? 谢谢

it is futures trading, not future trading. u choose the leverage, not the other way around. if u r doing hardly any volume, check IB. if u r doing some volume, newedge is not bad. if u r doing heavy volume, go with man financial global.
