今天收到一个offer，正常么？我以为先给Offer再申请J1呢，现在这样，我是不是先申
请J1啊？没有
毕业现在能申请J1吗？感谢！
。。。。。We are pleased to offer you a postdoctoral associate position
provided you can meet the requirements noted below:
-I-9 employment in the US, if you are a US citizen or permanent resident,
or acceptance of a J-1 visa and approval of your application by the Office
of Homeland Security if you are a foreign national.
-A signed letter on University letterhead from your advisor or Registrar’s
Office verifying the date your Ph.D.

Just ask them, when you should start and whatsoever. I would guess you can
start before J1 approved, since that really takes time. And sometimes they
list something just in case.
So that you know.
