那东东叫vent stack，就象你说的是给pluming fixture通气用的，不过一般那管子上面
有个小帽子的，防止水或东西进去
你最好看看你的roofing和vent stack结口的地方是不是有裂缝,the correct detail
should be: wherever the vent stack pentetrates the roof, the roofing membrane
should be up turnd several inches and secured to face of the stack. there
also should be some kind of boots claming around the stack to form a
transition from the roof plan to the vertical face of the stack, so the roof
membrane will be bended smoothly instead of @ sharp 90 degree, just check is
