didn't realize 2/15 is a holiday, at least my working company is open on
that day. My lawyer told me bank will not be open on 2/15 and he is not
working either. Realtor and broker should be fine. Will this be a problem?
Or I have to change the closing day? thx!

it's locked until 2/15...may need to pay penalty, ~$100 per day.

we have the same problem, hehe.
agent said might be on the friday before that day. but i really doubt could
be that soon

哈哈，我们最初也是2/15，现在改到2/12号了

要么争取在2月12日Closing，要么找Seller申请更改Closing Date到2月16日。
全国性节日不能做 Closing Day, 绝大多数银行会放假。
看了看，2010年里有两个Holiday容易被人选成 Closing Day （2月15日，5月31日）。
