同病相怜，找博后有信息不对称的问题，找的过程中我发现老板们找到心仪的博后也不
容易，想努力发paper，做科研的博后找到好的老板也不容易，多发简历，勤问着吧

It can only be shorter and shorter.
PERM doesn't tell you anything. Dymu already had 140 screened, much more
accurate than PERM.
Remember, even if we can only move to Nov 2007, we have much fewer inventory
than the beginning of FY2012.

可以吧，不过工程应该满大的。文学城上有一个做木工做的很好的牛人做过类似的一个
凉亭，他的名字好像叫gowindsor，你可以去看看他的博客，好多都有diy分解图示的。

的确，不过和ICC的斗争是把双刃剑，格老贼和nunmberUSA是不管合理还是不合理的都
要一网打尽的。
只有3012比较可以期待，但似乎又过不了关 ...

时间托的越久，Eb3i upgrade 到eb1, Eb2的只会越来越多，inventory不一定会变小。

3012如果过了，就是全球跟烙印绑定
那样就是全球一起投诉烙印ICC造假问题了
现在ROW根本不在乎烙印问题，因为不关他们的事，只是中国人发牢骚和投诉真的作用
有限。

I don't think there is a problem for EB3. They have 40k quota per year while
demand is way less than 40k.
Everybody is assuming 3:1 for EB2/EB3 PERM. If this is not the case, EB2
demand for 2008/2009 is much less than we expected and we will get even
smaller inventory.

3012能加快排期，除ICC能加快排期。如果为了3012忍ICC，结果两边落空，漫长的排期
。中国EB2为什么这么窝囊？

from the perm data and actually approval data for some major EB3 countries,
for example philipinos.
they have 10K EB3 shown in the chart for 2006, but most of them are CPs.
Most of them are related to healthcare field, and most of them have some
dependents. The total EB number for P should be at least close, if not more
than, to Chinese EB number.
