我在中小公司；自己请律师做的eb1-140. 2009年4月交过DIY-NIW，中间transfer from
tsc to nsc, 今年1月approved.
PH.D.in materials science -- 专业前3 US university,
12+2 journal articles (8 1st author): one just accepted for publication; one
under review.
2 conference proceedings
2 book chapters
14+ conference or symposium presentations
4 US patent applications (actually one became patent in 2009, I still
thought it was an application); 3 world patent applications (same 3 of the 4
); one invention disclosure from current job.

3月底close时，利率是30年4.875%。现在利率又降了，刚才问了一下，现在能拿到30
年，4.375%。no fee
像我这种刚贷了半年，就做re-finance的话，有什么需要特别注意的么？

没有问题，就是确认一下没有任何的Cost。

多谢回帖，re-finance还会有closing cost 么？
你说的没有任何cost是指连processing fee都没有么？这个好像大概要几百块。

refinance的整个过程和买房子申请贷款的时候一样,所以也是有Closing Cost的,只不
过我们Broker会出这笔钱. 没有Cost就是真的没有任何的Cost,没有Processing fee.

payoff 里的那个recording fee之类的broker也cover?

其实你只claim authorship和contribution就足够了,review和media不强不应该claim,

If your loan is large enough, so broker can cover the cost from his fee and
still make money.

如果银行的Commission够Cover closing cost，那就没有borrower的cost了。

I was subject to an internal transfer; my attorney submitted the original
offer letter (which is an engineer position) and employment verification
letter for current position, when my company rejected to write an offer
letter for my current position.
My company also didn't provide tax or annual audit information. I printed an
internet list of "Top 250
