最近读了几个贴大谈大龄儿童晚上尿床的问题,下定决心发动一场新的战争.我家是5岁
半男孩.
下午三点从学校接上就给了一大瓶 GATORADE, 他全喝了. 晚饭喝了牛奶和鸡汤,然后告
诉他下次喝是明天早上了, 倒还配合, 估计自己也想不尿床.
晚上7点尿了一次, 睡前7点半自己主动又去了一次, 平时没这么勤, 估计自己也想要好
的. 过几分钟就睡着了. 9点钟我把他拖起来上了一次, 不多不少的量, 然后10点半去
拖他, 没想到他已经尿床了.于是换床单, 带上尿布睡. 我睡了, 后面是他爸起来, 1点
多起来尿布是湿的,他爸拖他去上了, 然后就把尿布拿掉了. 结果三点半他自己来我们
房间裤子是湿的. 这下爸爸崩溃了, 因为床上防水的那层已经在第一次拿走去洗了. 唠
叨了他好几句, 小家伙轻轻的问"不是说要给我sensor的吗?'平时一班三点半拿掉尿布
没问题了,想昨天晚上没喝水一点多可以拿掉了.

Anyhow, the story goes he came to my bed stayed awake for 1.5hrs at least (
since daddy was so excited then he probably got fully awake), that woke up
the little one, so 3 of us each lost 1.5hrs last night. (little one was in
my bed since we have house guest using her room last night, and after the
2nd change, no more good bedding to put on his bed, so daddy slept on top of
his bunk bed and he stayed in my bed). I came to office this morning with a
huge huge headache.
It was a big failure last night! I do not see light at the end of the
tunnel at all...
