不知道有没有人有这样的经验。我们房子已经close将近一个月了，可是title还迟迟没
有来。时常在心里打鼓这房子到底算不算是我们的。

房子的TITLE好象就是一个RECORD，不一定跟车样的有那么一张纸？

title是public record，可以去county recorder office去查。

应该不超过一个礼拜。可以去问问 Escrow

有多大的可能是我被人家骗了，付了现金但实际上没买到房子？public record上暂时
是没有。不过那房子的广告上是说按照我们的价格close了。写信也没人回。总感觉有
些蹊跷。

if you went thru escrow and all the legit procedures, it's unlikely.

do you have a lawyer/buyer agent to help you closing? ask them.
