我不在新泽西住，对NJ的行情不太了解。这个房子要价才28万，地税8000多。也是承受
的价格内。有没有了解行情况给指点指点。

I know this building. It is a nice full service condo building. it has a
nice gym, olympic size swimming pool.. however, the monthly maint is kinda
high about 800-900 a month, on top of the property tax, parking is extra,
commuting to NYC is only by bus, school is bad..

看那个楼里1 bedroom的unit最近成交价是150K，估计还可以再便宜些的。
多了解一下周围类似房屋的成交价吧。

这个是著名的Galaxy，前几年28万可买不下这里的房子。如果unit对着曼哈顿的话，
view是非常好的。交通也很方便，进城只要十来分钟，大巴小巴都很多。
2002年的时候我一个朋友就是买不起这里，然后在同一条街上West New York地界里花
33万买了一个2br2bath的co-op，现在管理费都2000多了。相比之下,Galaxy如果真的只
要800，还真不算贵。
