现有的中央ac打开后：刚开始没问题，但开过一小时会有些噪音，ms要换motor。
为安全起见想全套换新的。
昨天sears 人来估价，普通的kenmore 牌子包装上都算在一起要2700.
俺啥都不懂，因为没有比较也不知道这个价钱是否合适？
用过他家机器和服务的tx请给你意见。谢了！

$2700只是ac, furnace $3000左右另算。Kenmore是中低档牌子。

sorry, 可能我没说清楚，按美国叫发应该是heater（ furnace）吧pay 2700（有200
gc rebate）
最后应该算是2500吧！
是不是差不多都这价？
不知除了sears还有哪家可以quote？

他门家很糟糕。
sales做的好，活都是外包的，质量很差。

有同感！那个sale进门看到我是亚洲人就说是他老婆是日本人，然后开始跟我框了半
天bj。。。
活是外包的啊～～怎么是这样，他们还批评hd是外包呢？

ld就是怕local或我找到中国人质量没保证，因为那个hearter在宝宝的房间隔壁，所以
想找个大些的公司更安全些！
这么说像hd这些的也都是外包了？ 555
local的人装好后，也会让city派人来检查的吗？

那你最后找的是哪家啊？
我昨天和朋友有约，急着出门！
lg一再催我签完合同后再走，ft 我知道他闲麻烦再找人报价，相信sears是大公司，被
sales人说蒙了，也没比较过其他家，还非要买那个500+的保险，ft

sorry, cannot type chinese in office.
I installed furnace and condensing unit in June. Sears price was over $5k at
the beginning, then the estimation guy dropped it to $5k plus $400 credit
when I told him the price is too high. That means net price is $4.6k.
Another vendor offered $4.3k. I used this $4.3k one
local的人装好后，也会让city派人来检查的吗？I don't think I understand this.
You find HVAC company, they have license and do the busines for long time,
why need city派人来检查.

是sears人自己说的，安装好后city会派人来check的。
更气得是，lg背着我竟然已经和sears签了合同，ft
我打了3个电话给那个sales想cancel，但一直没人理我：（
