1. MBR shower window doesn't slide easily; shower door roller broken
2. Wiring recessed light, small bedroom overhead lighting and L/R track
lighting done without permit
3. Kitchen sink drains slowly.
Property Inspection Disclourse:
0. The window at the master bathroom does not operate smoothly due to worn
or missing hardware. It is suggested that the window condition be corrected.
1. The rollers are worn at the master bathroom bathtub enclosure. It is
recommended that a competent contractor be consulted for recommendations and
corrective work.
2. The automatic garage door opener SHOULD BE SERVICED because the reversing
function of the motor is out of adjustment.
3. There is no carbon monoxide detector present.
4. The sink at the kitchen drains slowly indicating it may require drain
trap cleaning.
5. The drain stopper serving the half bathroom sink is inoperable.
6. The shared water heater was not located at the time of this inspection,
