以下是律师email的原文-
If you are purchasing the new home without the assistance of a real estate
agent, the "average" or "typical" costs for a BUYER are as follows:
Offer stage - answer questions, prepare offer, revise, and generally get the
deal going $200-400.
Contingency stage - financing, inspections, general advice, title opinion,
etc $100-$300.
Closing stage - closing statement, prep for closing
$100.
Closing - Attend closing
$200-300.
Typical range $2-500
Common range $3-800
Active range $500-1,000.

我的律师可能是ABC（没有确认）, $600，非常helpful. 是同事推荐的。你要是在
芝加哥我也给你推荐推荐。
我们没有用买房agent (short sale), 这样卖方agent比较有动力递我们的offer. 我们
的律师真是帮了我们不少忙，回答我们所有初级问题，然后short sale (3 loans)拖
了6个月之久，最后close居然只收我们$600, 我们都觉得超值。
同事买的是foreclosure, 也是很多周折，最后也是$600. 他们都很惊讶。

哇，我们离芝加哥2+小时的车程，找你们的律师做是不是不现实啊？我们是打算不用
agent，看上的房子也是FSBO的

应该是cover所有，朋友用这个律师买了两个房子。我刚开始用，还没啥问题。
