Call you lender. Most likely 必须用checking/saving account.

我用的是chase UA的，觉得很方便，没手续费，汇率也挺正常的

不可能吧，等于利率低了（考虑到楼主显然要用有rebate的卡）

Not just fees. even the lender take credit cards, the charges are usually
cash advance, so there is no grace period, credit card company charges
interest immediately.
Another way is balance transfer. sometimes credit card company allows you t
deposit the money to your bank. If you can find a good balance transfer
offer, it may help you on your cash flow. In old days, you can easily find 0
% APR balance transfer for a year without fee. Now, it is rare and most of
them charge fees.
