A lender can make $6000 out of one finance or refinance deal. This is crazy.
Need to think about quitting the job and start getting a license to be
lender. Even $2000 a deal is very very good income.

鼓励！如果有朝一日真变成了lender一定挣得更多呢。
如果现在年薪有10万的话，就需要做好心理建设。因为，没底薪，要自己能找到客人才
有paperwork可做。。。真有幸一个loan挣了6000还得跟公司分，分的好的给LZ一半，
不好的连一半都拿不到。。。

而且这一行没有上下班的时间概念, 不管是半夜还是吃饭的时间,都有可能收到client
的电话,如果不接,就可能失去客户.所以一定要想好啊.

Sharing is only a concept we tell our kids to do. But he did share some info
.
He said some accounts can be much higher than the pay I listed.

I will only charge $3000 for the fee, leave all discounts to client. My goal
is to have 12 deals a year to breakeven. But since others are charging $10k
, there is a possibility I'll get to my goal in a couple of months. I have a
few realtors lined up for partnership so I can tap into their client base.
My friend's move finally encouraged me to take some risk.

How does part time work? Haven't thought about that. On a 2nd thought, maybe
I'll charge $3500. As what if the case is all the way done and client back
out the day before, then I already paid house appraisal.Probably need to
look into legal protection for those things as well to understand beforehand
.

只要有加州的license就可以做你的贷款.
