公司为了sponsor H1B, 每年要多出几千块钱。
如果不用sponsor H1B了，要公司涨工资，也是说得过去的阿
而且我听说公司确实会廉价剥削H1B 员工

现在高质量的candidate不要太多好不好，就目前的市场行情，你就是用礼貌的修辞来
表达你的这种想法的哪怕1%，任何公司也都会在第一时间让你滚蛋的

人公司有这种policy,是因为有millions of candidates可以接受这样的policy, 你也
可以有你自己的policy, 不过你找不到一个公司可以接受你的policy
真要高工资，就是得让公司觉得用再少一分钱，都雇不到跟你一样好的了。你自己估计
是不是这个状况，目前各大名校毕业的，还有各种烙印给个4、5万就成的，这高工资真
不是好要的
