jumbo 比 HB rate 高不少,而且要求条件很高

这个要看您的条件, 包括zip code, LTV, FICO. 好的条件和差的条件rate相差很大

不一样吧，一般high balance limit是$625K，有些地方比这个数字还低，如果loan
amount高过$625K 或是high balance limit才会被称为jumbo。high balance的rate应
该会比jumbo好很多的。
