请问什么时候把deposit交到title company? 是appraisal 前还是后？appraisal需要
多交$120搞加急吗？wells fargo说一般要等很多天。

Usually you should write the deposit check to escrow in 3 days after you are
in contract.
Almost all the lenders have priority for new purchase and you should be able
to order appraisal in first week.
WF wholesale is not that bad before for new purchase but refinance is super
slow.
If you can close the purchase in 30 days, no need to pay extra unless the
lender you choose is too slow which impact your COE.

注意到去年的打指纹通知是NSC发出的，今年是TSC发出的，是不是这两中心不分享信息

据说他们的指纹只保存一年。好像与什么隐私法之类的冲突，所以只能保存一年。

跟她上级通话了，她说应该有效期是15个月，
她说她也不明白为什么又要打一遍，
但是她但是她说他们的System is. Down
她没法帮我查。system down 难道是VB不出来的原因
