合同总是要先签的,而且工钱你要预付一部分,最后的那些,你如果扣了,他只能跟你打官
司或者给你搞破坏

deal with them, and they will be afraid of that.
but unlicensed workers, they don't have any business, they don't have a
company to sue, they don't have an account on BBB either. they don't care
about reviews, and you don't know where to review them.
so my point is to avoid them if possible.

电视里不是说，建议用有保险的CONTRACTOR。 如果没有LICENCE，就肯定没有有保险。

装修、改造这些事情，一旦动工完工了，想要返工可是很麻烦的事情，所以一定要在选
定工人前仔细研究和比较。
有执照，表明如果真出问题了，至少你可以有地方砸他饭碗。
有保险，表明如果万一出意外了，你不会成为被别人冤枉的受害者。
这两个东西都不是很难拿或者需要很高费用支出的。
所以，看到没有这两个东西的工人，你一定要想想为什么没有。

挡上也不用那块地。还好没有动水的东西。
