头一次refinance,接近最后approve了,但是lender发给我们的HUD1看了以后却糊涂了
,有一项是Property Taxes paid at closing,我们刚收到county office的tax bill,
lender这边还让我们prepay property tax,那不就是重复交两次了??lender的解释是
Lender credit can cover closing costs, but not prepaids - such as your
property taxes. If they are due within 60 days of funding, per FNMA, they
must be collected at closing. You will receive a refund from your current
escrow account.
我们以前的贷款和现在refinance都没有选择用impound account,不知道这个escrow
account指的是什么,不知道为什么还要prepay property tax,这样是不是合理?如果
我们交了prepaid tax,那county发来的账单又怎么处理呢??希望版上的弟兄能帮我
