买房子的时候，老中的审美观价值观是相同的。华人经纪人可以帮你把不合规矩的房子
都剔出去。
卖房子的关键是要尽量把房子甩出去。agent的人脉是很重要的，他可以在圈子里发消
息，其他人就把客户带过来了。通常老美忽悠的范围更大。
但是，在加州这种华人聚居区，仅仅华人市场规模就足以撑起来卖方的人气。更何况还
有国内人傻钱多的客户源源不断的过来。可能找老中当经纪人可能价格会更好。

No, if it has yield, it will not stay there for 2 years. 2% dividend/year

I think it's safe to put your banked money in it. But don't expect too much
gain. Actually, if buy good chinese company or buy us company with big china
market exposure, you still can get the benefit of the possible RMB
appreciation.

the thing is we don't know which firm will stand out in next 6 months. But
we are sure RMB will be up during the same timeframe. currently, CYB is in
one year low.
