I don't want use paypal any more. I check the Visa/ MasterCard option. I got
this note. What should I do to get Internet merchant account? How much cost?
"To accept credit card payments directly from your buyers, you must have an
Internet merchant account. You'll also need to instruct your buyers to
contact you with their credit card information to complete their purchase."

inspector的报告主要问题是后院的排水和grading有问题。见图1，水是从fence望
foundation方向流。图2是soil基本上到了砖的level，从预防白蚁的角度，需要取出一
部分土壤。目前除了corner cracks， inspector没有发现foundation有问题。
这个问题严重亚？最后三个包子了，先谢过大家了。

maybe you need to install gutter to direct water and dig a french drain.

有公司专门办信用卡账户的，你网上搜吧，还有网站比较各个公司的价格服务什么的。

有可能。
但是房子的问题是土已经埋住外墙了，再垫高更坏。

估计你得注册好公司，他们好像手续费挺高，3%?
而且这样的话，估计每笔钱都得好好报税

这个也是一个option。我很喜欢patio，再考虑是不是后面沿着客厅和卧室建一个大的
patio，然后在patio和房子中间装一个gutter。不清楚sprinkler系统需要大改？

I am back from Sam's club. They do have it. thanks.
But I am not Sam's member. I am a Costco member. Does Costco has this
service too? If that is true, I can save $50.
