加长杆子；
第一步，能roll的地方，尽量都roll好；
第二步，对edge和corner，把paint edger固定到加长杆子上，非常小心，耐心地刷；

IV. I HAVE FREQUENTLY JUDGED OTHER SCIENTISTS’ WORK
1. I am scientifically privileged to judge other scientists’ work in my
field.
I am an Editorial Board member of the International Journal of xxxxxxx (
xxxxxxx), and a Program Committee Member (PC Member) for the xxxxxxxxxx (xxx
) 2011 and 2012. A part of my scientific duty is to judge other scientists’
work for the journal and the conference.
xxxx is a peer reviewed and well-established international journal for
xxxx discoveries. As an Editorial Board member, I work with editors to
dictate the tone and direction of the editorial policy and to review the
manuscripts for making decisions on acceptance [Exhibit E.2, A.4]. Hosted
by xxx, the No.1 xxxxx conference in XXX, the xxxxx focuses on xxxx, and
forges the collaborations between xxxx and xxx. The top priority of PC
Members including myself is to inspire and identify novel xxx solutions

2. I have been frequently invited to judge the quality of other scientists
’ for top ranked international journals and conferences.
In addition, I have reviewed research papers upon invitations by xxxx,
xxxx, and 2012 xxxxx (xxxx2012) [Exhibit E.5-7]
Below is the description of the journals and conferences that I have
reviewed for:
“xxxxx” is published in the United Kingdom and ranks No. 3 among 290
journals in Genetics [Exhibit E.8]. This journal, one of the first full open
access journals, carries a high impact factor of xxxxx, and publishes the
results of leading edge research into physical, chemical, biochemical and
biological aspects of nucleic acids and proteins involved in nucleic acid
metabolism and/or interactions. Nucleic Acids Research has been chosen by
the Special Libraries Association as one of the top 100 most influential
journals in medicine and biology [Exhibit E.8].
“BMC Medical Genomics” is an open access, peer-reviewed journal that
covers all aspects of functional genomics, genome structure, genome-scale
population genetics, epigenomics, proteomics, systems analysis, and
pharmacogenomics in relation to human health and disease [Exhibit E.8].
“xxxxxx ( Ixxxx)” is the most comprehensive conference focused on the
various aspects of advances in xxx fields such as xxx, xxx, xxxs, xxx. Since
its launch in 2005, this conference has become the premier forum featuring
original and peer-reviewed research papers in the above fields [Exhibit E.8].
To date, I have reviewed 13 manuscripts (17 times) for 5 top-ranked
international journals and conferences with worldwide circulation [Exhibit E
.1, E.8-9]. The information about these journals and conferences is
summarized in [Exhibit E.8]. The evidence of reviewing including the
invitation letters and acknowledgement letters for these 13 manuscripts I
have reviewed are also enclosed [Exhibit E.9].
3. The reason I was invited to serve on the Editorial Boards, Program
Committee, and to review other scientists’ work is due to my international
reputation and my expertise of excellence in the field.
The journals and conferences I have served on hold high standards in
selecting Editorial board members, PC members and expert reviewers, which
are evidenced by the following testimonials from the editors:
