Hi, I learned my Mcafee rebates are invalid and sent emails to explain what
I put in my submission. Below is what I got back from Mcafee
Dear XXXXX: Tracking number : XXXX
I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you, however, your
rebate request failed our audit process. We audit to verify that all rules
and regulation have been met. Your rebate request will remain invalid and
there will be no further review.
If you have any further questions please contact me or any of my fellow
rebate specialists at r*****[email protected]

What shall I do? I did as the rebate form required.

不会啊，上次我rebate连材料都没准备好(似乎是UPC要原来的，我没留神给一个copy件
），先给invalid，结果我去online一talk就让过了。LZ去online talk试试。

Mcafee 的rebate 现在都不碰了。
太变态了。

Sorry, I forgot to mention it. It is for competitive upgrade rebate. I used
one copy of Mcafee Antivirus older edition starter guide and CD. I did stick
orginial proof of purchase on the rebate form and one email confirmation.
But it is said invalid due to missing proof of previous ownership.
