在最好的学区，是个老房子，内部装修很好，价格也合适。就是用的septic tank。请
问这个好打理吗？我想象这好像很麻烦着。谢谢牛人解答。

是city water。还没问离屋子多远。这个房子的lot有1.3acres。

why? unless you have to rebuild it at some point, it is environmentally
friendly, and low cost in maintaining.

tax credit covering 40% of the cost. a well maintained septic tank works for
over 40/50 years, within which you enjoy a low water bill and only
occasional septic pumping (every 2-4 years depending on use)

不能随意扔东西,包括厕纸.不能用水盆打碎器.另外,还限制了bed room的数量.要想增
加bed room需要upgrade septic

I won't complain because I enjoy the low water bills. but I agree, it is not
for everyone.

even with a septic, you CAN dispose toilet paper directly to your toilet, as
long as the paper is not colored. most toilet paper brands are septic-safe.
the only difference is how frequent you need to pump. If you dispose to the
toilet, you may need to pump your septic every 2-3 years instead of 4-5.
Each pumping costs about $200 in my area.
