Job Description
FICO Identity Resolution Engine (IRE) is a leading entity resolution and
link analysis software solution. Using enterprise and third-party data,
FICO Identity Resolution Engine discovers social network relationships
between people, entities and activities and provides actionable fraud
analytics.
IRE is put to use in numerous industries across both public and private
sectors, to target the detection of organized fraud rings, financial crimes
through bust-out fraud, fraudulent health claims and more.
Top 5 Responsibilities:
• Develop the product architecture and create software architecture
documentation
• Evaluate technologies, drive consensus, and create proof-of-
concept and frameworks
• Design and develop the software within a hybrid waterfall-agile
SDLC process
• Support sales, professional services, and product implementations
; and contribute to efforts when needed.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to product development
team.
Experience/Qualifications Required:
10+ years’ experience using JAVA, Web Architectures and services (i.e.
REST, Spring, SOAP, Oauth, SAML, server side javascript, servlets, JSON, XML
, etc.)
Demonstrates expert level knowledge of RDBMS’s and SQL (e.g. DB2,
SQLServer, MySQL, Oracle, etc.)
Experience with Messaging services (e.g. Hazelcast, JMS, Websphere MQ,
etc.)
Demonstrated thought leadership and innovation within a software team.
Demonstrated experience taking a leading role in building complex
software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
Knowledge of software engineering practices & best practices for the
full software development life cycle, agile methodologies, including coding
standards, secure code coding standards, code reviews, source control
management, build processes, testing, and operations
Experience with distributed computing and enterprise-wide systems
Experience in communicating with users, technical teams, and senior
management to collect requirements, describe software product features,
technical designs, and product strategy
Experience mentoring junior software engineers to improve their skills.
Experience influencing software engineers best practices within your
team.
Strongly Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with NoSQL and Graph databases
Experience with distributed platforms (e.g. Hadoop, Spark, Storm, etc.)
