what is the relationship between the bank appraisal and the tax appraisal?
For example, if a house for sale has a tax appraisal of $250k in 2013,
seller asks for $260k and you agrees to pay $240k.
What price will the bank appraisal be?
>$260k
between $250k and $260k
between $240k and $250k
< $240k.
Which one do you think is reasonable?

Do you think if the bank appraisal will be higher than the tax appraisal in
most cases?
