叫Handyman师傅来家估算了一下几个小活。师傅直接出价，然后说如果超时的话每小时

师傅说不是，还是照收不误。
又问，如果活多的话是不是给打个折扣？人家说不打。那这不逼我能不修的东西就尽量
不修么。。。叫他来干5个小时的活的单价和干1个小时的活单价一样，那怎么争取更多
的活？

这个师傅在我这个公寓楼已经服务40年了，对房屋结构什么的比较了解，而且物业公司
也推荐。
不想花时间比较师傅。。。来美国久了不会讲价了。。
