Responsibility
In the Office Manager position in our North American group, you will be
responsible for managing company administration & human resources. Workings
closely with our Hong Kong headquarter staff to design & implement company
policies. Assist General Manager to ensure company meeting sales objectives.
Qualifications
• 5-year Office Manager experience required
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and time
management
• Excellent follow up skills
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Proficient in MS Office suite including but not limited to Word,
Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Must be a strategic thinker capable of designing, implementing
and maintaining new systems
• Ability to routinely handle confidential material with discretion
, professionalism and high level of integrity is also required
• Excellent negotiating skills are highly desired
• Possess a positive team-approach with demonstrated skills in
communication, problem solving and customer service
• Willing to take ownership of assignments, give a high level of
commitment
• Demonstrate high level of attention to detail and be self-
starters who take initiative and do not require a lot of supervision
• Bi-lingual in English and Chinese preferred
