Hello ,
May I check with you one question? we plan to buy the new house and gave
deposit $15000. NOw we do not want the house (I quit my job and my husband
also need move out of state). could we get the money back? or some of
deposit back?

depends if you have any contingency? inspection做了么？有contingency么

the house has not fully build. what is contingency? my husband is working
with bank to get loan and get approved by bank. the problem is that my
husband is also going to move out this place sooner and later. Even we stay
here, we do not plan to stay here no more than 2-3 years. we are wondering
whether it is worth to buy this house or not .
