大概看了一下，是自然形成的，与房子材料无关？
那就是与地理位置相关，隔壁的房子也应该差不多。同小区别的房子做过Pass了，还有
必要做吗

not true. radon leaks into the basement through cracks. a properly sealed
basement floor can make a big difference.
it is only $45-$60 per test, why even worth a struggle?

I got this one from my mitigation company to verify the installation (and
repairing).

the readings are very reliable (and also close to the radon meter I borrowed
from a friend - that meter sells at $200 on Amazon - even that is better
than spending 150 for a one-time test).

amazon 一个账户才一个，一般问题不大吧
