I am looking at a two-family house. The first floor unit has an extra in-law

a full bath, and kitchenette) in the basement. My agent said that the in-
law has a rental potential.
A three bed room apartment (no living room)could be about $1400/month in
this area (a good school district) not including utilities
Could this in-law be rented for $1200/month including utilities? What are
the issues to rent the in-law?
