之前我一直了解为先花自己的钱然后拿发票去报销，最多不超过一定数额。
现在RELOCATION公司给我发信说：
Your funds should arrive within 30-days of your start date。
This lump sum payment is intended for you to use as needed to cover
temporary living expenses, expenses related to moving your household
goods, and other miscellaneous expenses incurred as a result of your move
to your new location.
另外机票和RENTAL CAR,旅店时另外报销的。
想请教这种情况下如果我到时用不完（估计就用500￥之内），一般情况下公司会不会
收回剩下的钱呢？
另外ＨＲ说这个ＲＥＬＯＣＡＴＩＯＮ ＦＥＥ是ＴＡＸＡＢＬＥ（但又不肯给我透漏
具体细节），是
不是可以作为以后退税呢？
