的医生什么检查都不给我做。或者只要通过有饭后胃疼和头晕的症状加上验血结果就可

need endoscopy to diagnose peptic ulcer disease, but if your symptoms are
consistent with dyspepsia, your doctor might want to try a course of proton
pump inhibitor,
H. pylori does not equal peptic ulcer disease, not sure if your test for H.
pylori is serum IgG or urease breath teast, but H. pylori is often
associated or believed to be the cause of peptic ulcer disease, thus if you
have symptoms suggestive and H pylori is positive, it is not unreasonable to
initiate the treatment for H. pylori,

这好像不是阳性就得吃药吧.
很多人都是携带者,不active不用吃药，如果我记得没错的话。。。
手上只有头孢拉定。谢谢了先。

我因为一直吃完饭就胃疼，所以才去检查的。查血5天之后，告诉我有H Pylori。医生
决定先治H Pylori，说如果有ulcer也可以治好。
最后给我开了omeprazole 20mg 2times/day 加 clarithromycin 500mg 3times/day,
疗程14天。
14天之后，我还需要再验血，看看还有H Pylori吗？

the h pylori IgG stays positive for up to a year even after eradication,
normally they'd do urea breath test, but you have to be off proton pump
inhibitor for that i think, like 2 to 4 weeks free of medications,
you could also check stool antigens but i'm not sure about the details on
that,
