就是因为个人不是很有经验 不知道哪个卡算是比较好的offer
因为travel不多 如果拿了点数以后打算直接换gift card 是不是最不划算了

年中也能开的。找个能开HSA的银行开个账户就行了。有的银行要收费。找个不收费的
当地银行就行了。不知是否需要在花费前开这个账户。你网上查查吧。
