因为ld是H4,loan上只是我的名字。但是原来的contract上有我们两人的名字。
现在loan officer说contract必须和loan上一致，所以需要去掉ld的名字。
agent问了escrow，回答如下：
If the wife is to be removed from the contract she will not be on the Deed
of the property. If they do remove the wife from the contract the buyer’s
will need to provide a Quit Claim Deed from the wife to the husband at the
time of singing.
We cannot prepare the Quit Claim Deed and we suggest that the buyer goes to
an attorney to have that prepared. The attorney then can answer all of

对。
比较恶心的是，一方在正h1b transfer，
没有拿到新的paycheck，即使有offer letter都不行，
非要paycheck不可。没办法。
