我见过最便宜的是$20一小时。
我老师是$40一个小时，不过我真的准备暂时换一个。
我老师好象只教我怎么快，不太教音乐本身，更何况
这个快我还没学好。他自己的音乐也太重了，我不是很
喜欢。
我也可以把学到的东西总结一下，不过我还不能示范
的那么标准，尤其是快了以后。总之我学到的
东西就是一拍一拍的往上加节拍器，呵呵

PA - Public Adressing system, it's where instruments' signal
get boosted to drive the house speakers. normally on a 6 or 8
input PA, it has a simple built in mixer so you don't have to
run another mixer. a portable PA normally built very sturdy
for transportatoin between tours.
mixer - you know what is a general mixer. but there is another
kind called "powered" mixer, it looks like a regular mixer w/
an added bottom, that's the amplifier. you use it as a PA and
that's the set up at venues since

That seems to be a nice class. I took a similar class 2 years ago when I just
came to U.S.. We learnt protool, cubase, peak VST and MAX/MSP computer
programming. Don't waste this good opportunity to learn something. Talking
about MAX/MSP, I just found out that there are some faculties in Mills are
actually working for Cycling '74 doing their new-released PC-version MAX/MSP.
We are learning SuperCollider now. It's a text-based language to compose music
and process sound and samples. Very cool! It
came to U.S.. We learnt protool, cubase, peak VST and MAX/MSP computer

嗨! 别当真啊,这里还是主要讨论音乐的问题.
其它的都不要太认真.呵呵.
我现在正在思考能不能开个学习班,
有感于,大家找老师其实90%是为了找个督促学琴的压力.
如果我们能自己创造这种压力,未必就一定需要找老师,
尤其对找不到老师的朋友也许有帮助.
具体想法是,每周,或者两周,出一课,可以大家来出,
一两周后,各自把学习成果录成小段发出来,反正
都是自己人,也不怕笑话,不过应该就有点压力了吧.
可以从antiwheel的课开始.
