把奶泵出来用奶瓶喂。喂得时候让宝宝竖着坐在你的腹部。大人要尽量给他掌握节奏。

Probably you have fast milk let down. Try to find a pose works for both of
you. For example, you lie down, and let baby on your tummy( use the gravity)
. After the fast let down, gradually sit up while you feed the baby.

这个和老妈教我的办法一样，但是总觉得找不到nipple在哪里，一大片都被孩子吃进去
了，看不到不好操作。呵呵

控制奶的流速。瓶喂就买流速小的奶嘴。胸喂，用指头夹住乳头来控制流量。还有不要
让宝宝平躺着喂，头要稍微高些。这样奶才能顺畅的流下去。
