给unborn baby申请的，寄了一堆notice of action过来，实在很confused.
前面几张是Notice of Action-Change in Share of Cost
后面两张是：
Approval for Special Zero Share-of-Cost Program for Pregnant Women and
Babies Up to One Year Old
Denial or Discontinuance of 200 Percent Income Disregard Program
这个到底什么意思呢？宝宝生出来以后一年的医疗保险到底是free还是需要付share-of
-cost啊？宝宝快due了，请大家帮忙看看哈，谢谢啦
