Very interesting. ZDNet proposed to standardize Android and webOS and claim
that the effort of porting Dalvik to WebOS is trivial since webOS and
Android are both based on the Linux kernel and a number of userspace
libraries for the core OS functionality.
It said that if Dalvik can be ported to webOS, it will allow native Android
apps to run in webOS.

That should be possible. Porting a JVM shouldn't be that difficult
if they both run linux.
