it is just ugly politics. cook want to lower the credit of Steve and also
foster, so the legal effort put on is less significant and this being
overturned..
although just guessing for the one possible reason.
anyway these technology are 5 years old and will not hurt customer to
invalidate these. (of course apple will suffer and HTC may overpaid in the
deal with apple).
